Kayren Goss, administrator of the Willows assisted living facility in Fruita, has earned recognition for her work from Family Health West.
Goss won the Ruth B. Wyper Service Excellence Award. Family Health West bestows the annual award to an employee or group that has a significant impact on the mission and well-being of the health care organization.
“Her uncompromising care for not only the residents, but their families, is remarkable,” said Lori Henderson, chief nursing officer for Family Health West.
Goss holds nursing degrees from what its now Colorado Mesa University as well as the University of Phoenix. She began working at the Willows in 2007 and obtained an assisting living administrator license in 2009.
