Auto body shop earns collision care certification

Taber Auto Body Paint & Frame in Grand Junction has earned designation as a Collision Care Provider.

Assured Performance Collision Care, a nonprofit consumer advocacy group, awards the designation to collision repair businesses that have passed an evaluation and inspection process that demonstrates their abilities to properly and safely repair automobiles and restore vehicles to original manufacturer specifications. Less than 5 percent of body shops across the United States meet the certification requirements.

“Consumers need the confidence and peace of mind to know their vehicle is repaired by a shop that has what it takes to ensure the vehicle safety. Taber Auto Body Paint & Frame is officially a Collision Care Provider,” said Scott Biggs, chief executive officer of Assured Performance Collision Care. “They represent the standard by which all other body shops are measured.”

Taber Auto Body Paint & Frame is located at 939 South Ave. For more information, call 245-5779 or visit the Web site located at
