Irma Gutierrez, a broker associate with Hummel Real Estate in Grand Junction, has received the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Gutierrez completed more than 60 hours of instruction as well as examinations covering such subjects as contracts, financing, marketing, professional standards, risk reduction and sales. 

The GRI designation indicates to the public an educational foundation upon which Realtors base their services.

Only Realtors may receive the GRI designation. Gutierrez is a member of the Grand Junction Area Realtors Association.
