- Puff N’ Pour is all set on its alcohol licensing and is now selling alcohol in its store at 3026 Patterson Road, the former home of Bookcliff Liquors. Puff N’ Pour opened Oct. 7 and has been selling vapes and tobacco products while waiting for approval to sell alcohol.
