Caterer adds take-and-bake meal program to services

Ganic Grub has added a take-and-bake meal program to the services offered by the Grand Junction catering business.

The menu for the program changes weekly, but offers two beef options, two chicken options, two vegetarian or vegan options and a rotating option for fish, lamb or pork. The meals include everything from burritos, tacos and hamburgers to chicken cordon bleu, Hawaiian poke and apple chutney pork chops.

Orders come with all the necessary ingredients, sauces and spices as well as instructions for completing the meal at home. New menus are available Monday through Wednesday, and orders must be placed by 5 p.m. Wednesday. Orders are delivered between 5 and 9 p.m. Sundays in the Grand Valley.

Mike and Natasha Haley launched Ganic Grub in 2013 as a food truck business offering local and organic foods. The company since has grown into a catering operation providing a range of services for business meetings, festivals, weddings and a variety of other events.
