A ribbon-cutting ceremony officially marked the release of the Quail Meadows subdivision in Grand Junction.

Located at 26 and I Roads, the subdivision features 14, 1-acre home sites.

“We’re all very pleased with the way this neighborhood has taken shape,” said John Duffy, an agent with Bray Real Estate and exclusive listing agent with the subdivision. “Our moniker, ‘Country Quiet, City Close,’ really captures what makes Quail Meadows special. Rather than squeeze in cookie-cutter homes on small lots, the large, 1-acre parcels give the neighborhood a feeling of openness that blends in well with the gentleman farms and stately homes that already exist in the area.”

Featured builders for the subdivision include Benchmark CM, Griffin Concepts, J. Howell Custom Home Builder, Lopez Construction & Design, Maves Construction, Porter Homes and Signature Homes.
