John Rattle has joined Mind Springs Health as chief financial officer of the mental health, wellness and substance abuse treatment provider in Western Colorado.
Rattle is responsible for accounting, financial planning, facilities operations and revenue cycle management. He also serves as chief financial officer for West Slope Casa, a designated managed service organization in the region.
“John brings a wealth of experience both in the behavioral health care environment and psychiatric hospital care environment. His fiscal knowledge and understanding of a variety of funding streams will help our organization continue to grow and serve more people,” said Sharon Raggio, president and chief executive officer of Mind Springs Health.
Rattle brings to his new position nearly 35 years of experience in the health care industry, most recently as chief financial officer for North Range Behavioral Health and Summitstone Health Partners in Greeley.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Olivet Nazarene University and master’s of business administration degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Headquartered in Glenwood Springs, Mind Springs Health offers services in a 10-county area covering a total of 23,000 square miles in Western Colorado. The organization operates round-the-clock crisis response services and 13 offices for outpatient treatment as well as the West Springs Hospital in Grand Junction, the only psychiatric hospital between Denver and Salt Lake City.
