Letters will be accepted through Aug. 1 from people interested in serving on the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Five positions on the board will be filled in an election this fall. Terms will begin in January and run through the end of 2023.
Board members attend monthly meetings and other chamber functions and serve as liaisons to chamber committees. The board represents a cross-section of the community.
Letters of interest should be submitted to the chamber office at 360 Grand Ave. and outline previous chamber involvement, leadership roles in businesses and qualifications for fulfilling the requirements of a board member. Those who’ve previously submitted letters of interest need not send new ones unless they want to update them.
