Chiropractor out to collect a ton of food

Roman Family Chiropractic in Grand Junction will collect donations through Nov. 21 for an annual food drive.

Nonperishable and canned foods will be collected at 2584 Patterson Road. The collections will go to the Western Slope Food Bank of the Rockies.

Randy Roman, a chiropractor who operates the practice, said he hopes to literally collect a ton of food during his 14th annual drive. “It’s just one small way that chiropractors can have a hands-on impact on health and hunger in our community,” Roman said.

People who donate food during the drive will receive a complimentary bodywork package that includes an evaluation, consultation and 20-minute massage.
