Laura Glatt has joined Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction as vice president of finance.
Glatt succeeds Pat Doyle, who retired after more than 11 years in the position with CMU and another 20 years in higher education before that.
“Pat has been enormously effective in his role and has provided thoughtful guidance and leadership,” said CMU President Tim Foster. “His understanding of the ins and outs of higher education funding in Colorado is unparalleled. His service to this institution has truly been remarkable.”
Prior to joining CMU, Glatt served as chief financial and administrative officer of the North Dakota university system. She was responsible for developing policy and coordinating services for financial and capital planning and budgeting, accounting, human resources, state financial aid programs and other administrative functions.
A Certified Public Accountant, Glatt holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in management.
