CMU vice president returns after stint as Fulbright specialist

Cynthia Pemberton, vice president of academic affairs at Colorado Mesa University, has returned to Grand Junction following her work as a Fulbright specialist at the Jordan University of Science and Technology in the Kingdom of Jordan.

Pemberton worked with faculty and staff to assess the roles and responsibilities of deans and department chairs as well as balance time spent on regulatory business and quality assurance and continuous improvement.

The Fulbright specialist program is part of a larger program established by the U.S. Department of State. Pemberton also has served as a Fulbright scholar.
