Coffee house re-opens in antique store

Java Junction Coffee House has re-opened in A Robin’s Nest of Antiques and Treasures at 682 Main St. in downtown Grand Junction.

Java Junction serves coffee and tea as well as caramel silks, chai tea, lattes, mochas and other beverages. The business also offers espresso catering services.

Owners Sterling and Debra Bock operated Java Junction in the Teller Arms Shopping Center for 20 years before closing the business in January and considering their options. “We have always wanted to be in the heart of downtown. When the opportunity was given to us, we jumped on it,” Sterling Bock said.

“We are committed to quality in every cup, which has and will never change, no matter our location. We are excited to offer our customers a new experience with being able to shop for antiques and enjoy our coffee,” he added.

Java Junction is open from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday and in the evenings during special events downtown. For more information, call 985-2985.
