Bray Commercial has announced the sales of industrial and office buildings in Grand Junction in separate transactions totaling nearly $5 million.
Theresa Englbrecht represented the seller and buyer of a nearly 35,000 square-foot industrial building at 2233 Sanford Drive. The seller sold the building for $2.5 million and leased back most of the space from the buyer, a local investor.
Sid Squirrell represented the seller and buyer of an 11,000 square-foot office building at 2738 Crossroads Blvd. The building was sold to an out-of-state investor for $2.4 million. The U.S. Department of Agriculture remains a tenant in the building and renewed its lease for another nine years.
