The communications and marketing conference is scheduled for Feb 21 and 22 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, located at 743 Horizon Drive. Admission is $399 for both days and $199 for a single day.
“Initiate Conference is designed to inspire people with their jobs and creativity, to create something new for their organizations and clients and to experience better outcomes,” said Dusti Reimer, one of the organizers of the conference. Reimer owns Elevate PR and Marketing in Grand Junction and created the Experience Education Foundation to provide educational opportunities to communications and marketing professionals.
“That’s the purpose behind the conference — to help bring our community together to learn more about what’s happening and changing in the world of marketing and communications and grow and develop with it,” Reimer said. “It’s a fast-changing environment, and we’re excited about all the speakers and panelists that are going to be a part of it. We’ve put a lot of thought and effort into who we’re bringing in to teach, and we are really excited.”
