The Mountain States Employers Council has scheduled an employment law update in Grand Junction.
The conference is set for 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 13 at Two Rivers Convention Center, 159 Main St.
Employment and labor law attorneys will cover the latest developments and offer advice to help employers minimize employment law liability. Presentations will cover such topics as unconscious bias, mental health issues, workplace violence, accountability, leave policies and off-duty conduct.
Based in Denver, the Mountain States Employers Council offers employment law and human resource services to members in Colorado as well as Arizona and Utah.
