Jim Anker, Terri Chappell and Pat Morehouse have joined the Colorado National Monument Association governing board.

Anker brings to the board his experience in the publishing business as well as community government. He also worked as a seasonal law enforcement ranger at Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Statue of Liberty National Monument.

Chappell worked as an Emmy Award-winning journalist and television news anchor in Texas as well as a reporter and host for the Travel Channel.

Morehouse works in human resources management and public relations for Asset Valuation and Marketing. She’s worked in human resources management in Grand Junction and Alaska and holds a master’s degree in business administration.

The Colorado National Monument Association raises money to support educational, enrichment and research projects at the Colorado National Monument in Grand Junction. For more information, visit www.coloradonm.org.
