An annual presentation offering a forecast for the Colorado, U.S. and global economies will be broadcast online.
Vectra Bank Colorado has scheduled its 20th annual economic forecast breakfast for 7:30 to 9 a.m. Jan. 30.
The event will be broadcast live online at no charge, and participants will have an opportunity to pose questions through the webcast.
“For 20 years at Vectra Bank’s economic forecast breakfast, we have had the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the coming year’s fiscal pattern. Since its inception, this breakfast has helped our clients plan for financial success in the coming year,” said Bruce Alexander, president and chief executive officer of Vectra Bank.
“As our attendees have come to expect, this year we once again have a well-rounded panel of industry speakers assembled for the event ready to share expertise on the year’s most critical economic indicators,” Alexander added.
The upcoming economic forecast breakfast will feature three keynote speakers:
Mark Snead, an economist and president of RegionTrack, an economic research firm specializing in forecasting, modeling and analysis.
Patricia Silverstein, president of Development Research Partners, an economic development research and real estate analysis and planning firm.
George Feiger, chief executive officer of Contango Capital Advisers and executive vice president of the Zions Bancorpration family of banks that includes Vectra Bank.
Sneak, Silverstein and Feiger will offer a look at the coming year and what they expect will be challenges, bright spots and unknowns related to the state, national and global economies as well as the labor and real estate markets.
