Lonnie Knob has been appointed manager of the new Envoy Mortgage branch in Grand Junction.
The branch — located at 1114 N. First St., Suite 203 — is the second location in Colorado for Envoy Mortgage.
“The opportunity to partner with a company of Envoy Mortgage’s record and reputation came at a perfect time in my career,” said Knob, who has advanced from a mortgage banker to branch manager. “It is a natural progression to move into my current position, allowing me and my staff to provide the highest level of service to each individual we serve.”
The branch employs fully licensed, insured and bonded mortgage bankers and offers in-house processing, underwriting and closing for rapid turnaround times.
Knob, a Grand Junction native, is a licensed mortgage loan originator who has originated home loans in the Grand Valley since 2003. He has more than $37 million in funded loan volume since 2008.
Envoy mortgage ranks among the 60 largest lenders in the United States and is licensed to originate loans in 38 states. The company has direct lending authority for Department of Agriculture Rural Development, Federal Home Mortgage Corp., Federal Housing Administration, Federal National Mortgage Association and Veterans Affairs loan products.
