The Grand Valley Equine Assisted Learning Center has purchased the Moon Farm in Fruita.

The center provides a range of horse-based therapies to promote healing, growth and learning in clients of all ages.

Moon Farm remains open for family visits, although hours could change to accommodate clients and their privacy. Two vacation rentals will continue to be rented.

The Grand Valley Equine Assisted Learning Center plans to make improvements to the facility at 1860 18 1/2 Road, including a new barn and indoor arena.
