John Elmore, vice chairman of community banking and branch delivery at U.S. Bancorp, will discuss ethical leadership during an upcoming presentation at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction.
Elmore is scheduled to deliver the keynote address for Ethics Week hosted by the CMU Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative, CMU Students Ethical Leadership Club and Student Center for the Public Trust.

Elmore will discuss his experiences in building and maintaining an ethical culture in the workplace. The Ethisphere Institute has named U.S. Bank one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for three straight years. Elmore has worked in banking since 1979 and oversees the U.S. Bank branch network.
