The Factory coworking space in Grand Junction will observe Breast Cancer Awareness month by donating to an organization that focuses on breast cancer research.
Through October, half the proceeds from daily drop-in passes will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The organization focuses on research, community health and public policy initiatives.
“All of us have been impacted by cancer, whether it was a mom, aunt, friend, coworker or acquaintance. We all have a choice to help raise awareness and work towards a cure,” said Julia Sundstrom, community manager at the Factory. “I love working for a company that says ‘yes’ to helping others because, in the end, we are better and stronger together.”
The Factory is located at 750 Main St. For more information or sign up for a drop-in passes, visit www.factorycoworking.com.
