Vorse brings to his new position 30 years of experience in respiratory therapy medicine, working at large and small hospitals in Colorado as well as in Oregon and Washington. Vorse completed a respiratory therapy program at the Highline Community Hospital located in Des Moines, Wash.

“We are excited to be able to offer respiratory therapy and are fortunate to have Dan leading the way,” said Mark Francis, president and chief executive officer of Family Health West. “Dan not only has extensive experience, but shows enthusiasm and dedication to what he does. We are fortunate to have him as part of our team.”

“We are fortunate to have John as part of our team,” Francis said. “John possesses outstanding leadership skills and comes to us with extensive experience that will benefit the staff and patients.”

But she also worked with adults with swallowing and cognition difficulties in a clinical setting. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in audiology and speech pathology from the University of Northern Colorado.
