Jesse Wells has been named director of inpatient services at Colorado Canyons Hospital & Medical Center operated by Family Health West in Fruita.

Wells brings to his new position more than 14 years of experience in health care, including work in pain management, inpatient care, cardiac catheterization and chest pain center accreditation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Colorado Mesa University.
