Franchisee plans two Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants

A Western Colorado franchisee plans to open two Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the region.

Brian Long has signed a development contract to become the first Western Slope franchisee for Dunkin’ Donuts. He expects to open one restaurant in 2015 and a second restaurant within several years. The locations haven’t yet been determined.

Meanwhile, Dunkin’ Donuts continues to recruit for franchisees in Grand Junction as well as Durango, Glenwood Springs and Montrose.

Flexible formats are available for not only free-standing restaurants, but also on-site restaurants in convenience stores, travel plazas and universities. Development incentives include reduced royalty fees for three years and up to $10,000 for local marketing.

Dunkin’ Donuts operates a total of 11,000 restaurants in 33 countries, including 13 locations in Colorado. For more information, visit
