Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will offer fish sandwiches, a fish and chips basket and mint and Oreo concrete as participating restaurants through mid-April.

The fish sandwiches feature two fillets of Alaska cod topped with American cheese and Freddy’s sauce. The cod fillets also are available in a fish and chips basket served with malt vinegar and tartar sauce.

The mint and Oreo concrete features mint and Oreo cookies blended with vanilla frozen custard and topped with whipped cream.

“Our premium fish option is a menu item that guests look forward to each year as it gets closer to the spring season,” said Scott Redler, co-founder and chief operating officer. “Paired with the mint and Oreo concrete, these fan favorites make for a perfect meal enjoyed by guests of all ages.”
