According to the Mesa County Assessor website, M&S Properties I LLC sold the property at 1041 U.S. Highway 6&50 in Fruita, formerly a Pizza Hut restaurant, on Aug. 12 to Jose Alvarez and Alma Edulia Diaz Garcia for $1,030,000. Pizza Hut closed its restaurant there permanently in early summer.
