Garden offers tricycles to visitors with mobility problems

The Western Colorado Botanical Gardens in Grand Junction offers visitors with mobility problems an easier way to get around.

Two adult-sized tricycles are available for use at the gardens, located at 641 Struthers Ave. south of downtown. Visitors with temporary or permanent mobility problems can use the tricycles at no cost to tour the gardens.

The tricycles are the result of a donation by Nancy Hugenberg, a veterinarian with the Orchard Mesa Veterinary Hospital in Grand Junction.
