The GJmakerspace will set up a booth at a weekly farmer’s market as well as host a monthly meetup event.
The GJmakerspace booth will be set up from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays starting June 20 as part of a farmer’s market on Main Street in downtown Grand Junction. The booth will offer people a chance to see demonstrations and win prizes.
Monthly meetups are set for 6 p.m. the first Monday of the month, including July 1 and Aug. 5, in the GJmakerspace at the Business Incubator Center, located at 2591 Legacy Way in Grand Junction. The event is open to artists, investors and those making prototypes of products.
The GJmakerspace offers three-dimensional printers and other tools, classes and a variety of resources. Members enjoy around-the-clock access to the facility. For additional information, call
