Monumental Events in Grand Junction will provide ticketing services for events at Two Rivers Convention Center and the Avalon Theater under an agreement with Pinnacle Venue Services.
“We recognized them to be the best strategic partner to handle our current and future ticketing needs for our events,” said Maria Rainsdon, general manager of Two Rivers Convention Center and the Avalon Theatre for Pinnacle Venue Services. “We are excited to be working with a local company that understands the market, the venues’ needs and has insight on how to target purchasers in the Grand Junction region.”
Landon Balding, co-owner with Jackie Balding and director of operations of Monumental Events, said he’s excited to work with Pinnacle Venue Services, which is under contract with the City of Grand Junction to manage Two Rivers and the Avalon.
“We are thankful for the opportunity to further invest in the place we call home,” he said.
Once the new ticketing platform is implemented, tickets will be available online, through a self-serve kiosk at Two Rivers Convention Center or at the box office at the Avalon Theater. Tickets also may by purchased by calling 800 626-TIXS.
