Grand Junction Volkswagen awarded for customer service

Grand Junction Volkswagen has received more recognition for customer service.

The dealership received a 2020 Customer Satisfaction Award from the DealerRater dealer review website.

DealerRater presents the Customer Satisfaction Award to new car dealers that rank in the top 10 percent in what’s billed as the PowerScore. The PowerScore takes into account a dealer’s average DealerRater consumer rating and the number of reviews written about a dealership during a calendar year.

DealerRating features nearly 5 million dealer reviews and reaches an audience of more than 32 million car shoppers each month.
