Two men have been promoted to general manager and club manager of a fitness center that operates two locations in Grand Junction.
Cameron Reece is the new general manager of Crossroads Health and Fitness. Pat Goldsworthy is new manager of the company’s airport location.
An event offering an opportunity to meet and talk with Reece and Goldsworthy has been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Sept. 24 at the airport location at 2768 Compass Drive.
Reece brings to his new duties more than a decade of experience working in the fitness industry. He has worked at Crossroads Fitness since 2001 and was promoted to manager in 2003. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from what is now Colorado Mesa University.
“Being around an environment where people are making themselves better is a dream job, and building relationships with each and every one of our members if why I love what I do,” Reece said.
Goldsworthy has worked at Crossroads Health and Fitness since 2003, starting out as a member service representative. He soon was promoted to assistant manager. He also handles inside and corporate sales.
Goldsworthy holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education with a minor in coaching from what is now Colorado Mesa University.
Prior to joining Crossroads Health and Fitness, he taught physical education classes and coached basketball, track and volleyball for 15 years at Holy Family Catholic School in Grand Junction.
