Health club challenges members to keep resolutions

Registration remains open for a six-week program offered at Crossroads Fitness designed to help members of the Grand Junction health club keep their new year’s fitness resolutions.

The second start date for the Five-Star Challenge is scheduled for Jan. 22. The free program includes group exercise classes and other activities, presentations on goal-setting and nutrition,  training, a 70,000-step challenge and weight-loss component.

Participants earn points by attending classes, participating in activities and exercising at the club. The more points participants earn, the more prizes they’ll win.
