Family Health West will join with the City of Fruita to present a health expo and race on Feb. 8

The expo is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fruita Community Center, 324 N. Coulson St. The event will offer free health screenings as well as information from health-related businesses and organizations.

A 5-kilometer run and walk and 10-kilometer run is set to start at 10 a.m. at the community center. Runners can enter a sweetheart category and combine their times.
