Kaye Hotsenpiller, senior director of regional services at Hilltop Community Resources based in Grand Junction, has received recognition for her leadership and community work.
Hotsenpiller will receive the William Funk Award at the Colorado Nonprofit Week awards luncheon scheduled for March 16. The award honors leaders and volunteers who unify people and organizations around a cause.
“Kaye’s dedication is to the people we serve in our community,” said Jeremy Carroll of River Valley Family Health Center, who nominated Hotsenpiller for the award. “She advocates for our community members who don’t always have a voice. She leads our board with professionalism, integrity, honesty and by example.”
Hotsenpiller also served as president of the Montrose Community Foundation board of directors and has volunteered more than 125 hours over the past year through the Rural Philanthropy Days program serving the San Juan region of Colorado.
