Home Care of the Grand Valley has been rebranded as SummitWest Care to reflect the range of services offered to clients in a larger geographic area.
SummitWest Care is headquartered in Grand Junction but operates a satellite office in Glenwood Springs to serve Mesa County as well as Eagle, Garfield, Gunnison, and Pitkin counties.
SummitWest Care offers newborn, pediatric and senior care as well as physical therapy, rehabilitation, and light housekeeping.
