FirstLight Home Care of the Western Slope has received the 2016 Franchisee of the Year Award from the network of homecare providers.
Judy Devincentis, owner of FirstLight Home Care of the Western Slope, accepted the award during the FirstLight Home Care national conference in Phoenix.
FirstLight Home Care of the Western Slope was selected from among more than 110 locations nationwide for the honor.
“Judy and the entire Western Slope FirstLight team have worked tirelessly to create a culture of care in the community, and that is reflected in their exceptional client satisfaction survey results and overall business growth,” said Jeff Bevis, chief executive officer of FirstLight Home Care. “I think their clients would agree that FirstLight Home Care of the Western Slope is very deserving of our Franchisee of the Year award.”
Franchisee of the Year award winners were evaluated on the basis of criteria that included third-party client satisfaction survey scores, caregiver retention, quality of service provided and year-over-year revenue growth.
FirstLight Home Care of the Western Slope opened in February 2012 and operates offices in Grand Junction as well as Glenwood Springs and Montrose.
FirstLight caregivers help seniors and others in need of assistance with many needs — from personal hygiene and such household duties as cooking, cleaning and running errands to respite and dementia care. Clients include seniors, new mothers, individuals recovering from surgery, adults with disabilities and anyone else who needs a little extra care or assistance.
