Three members of a Western Colorado association for human resources professionals have earned awards from the group.
John Gribben, Jessica Lawrence and Connie Schulties received 2015 Excellence in Membership awards from the Western Colorado Human Resource Association.
Gribben is co-founder and president of the Triad Employee Assistance Program based in Grand Junction. Triad EAP provides support for employers and employees confronted by a variety of unresolved personal and work-related problems.
Before launching Triad EAP, Gribben directed a medicine and pain management program and developed and managed the University of Colorado Health Science Center wellness program. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business and commercial recreation, kinesiology and business management.
In addition to his membership in the WCHRA, Gribben serves as treasurer of the Western Colorado Suicide Prevention Foundation.
Lawrence, a certified Professional in Human Resources, works as a human resource advisor at Patterson-UTI Drilling in Fruita.
Lawrence serves on the WCHRA board of directors as director of the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation.
Schulties, also a Professional in Human Resources, works as an account manager in the health and benefits division of Home Loan Insurance in Grand Junction.
Schulties serves on the WCHRA board of directors as vice president.
