A human resource management consulting firm has changed its name as part of a rebranding strategy that better reflects the evolution of the Grand Junction company.
Employer Representatives, Background Research and Krey Benefit Solutions now operates as Lighthouse HR Support.
“As part of our focus on business development, our team believes it is appropriate to rebrand our company to more specifically reflect the comprehensive package of services we now offer,” said
Ed Krey, owner of Lighthouse HR Support.
“We are very excited about the introduction of our new company name, Lighthouse HR Support, because it allows us to better represent the support services we offer to our partners,” Krey added.
The company has introduced a newly designed website and logo. Ownership and staff haven’t changed, however.
What’s now Lighthouse HR Support has for decades helped small and large employers with their human resource management needs — including employee relations, employee and management training and group benefits as well as managing unemployment insurance costs. The company also provides pre-employment background screening, conduct stay and exit interviews, diversity training, disciplinary measures and employee termination services.
