The NFIB Colorado PAC, composed exclusively of NFIB members from Colorado, endorsed 18 incumbent state legislators for re-election, including two Republicans from the Grand Valley: District 7 Sen. Janice Rich and District 55 Rep. Rick Taggart.
“Small businesses are the foundation of our state’s economy, employing nearly half of working Coloradans,” NFIB State Director Michael Smith said. “Despite this, the General Assembly regularly considers policies that make it harder to do business in Colorado. Main Street needs strong advocates in Denver. These 18 candidates understand the challenges our small businesses face and have been strong supporters of our local job creators.
“On behalf of our nearly 6,000 members across the state, I’m proud to announce these endorsements and ask all Colorado voters to support pro-small business candidates.”
NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.
