IT firm supports land trust operations

An information technology company that offers computer and networking sales and services has joined in an effort to support the consolidated operations of two land trust organizations in Western Colorado.

Networks Unlimited provides technology support to what’s now the Colorado West Land Trust and its offices in Grand Junction and Montrose.

Networks Unlimited also joined in a fund-raising effort, matching dollar for dollar money raised at community tap day at Horsefly Brewing in Montrose.

“We are always honored to help service organizations in our community that contribute to a better quality of life for all citizens,” said Laura Simcik, marketing manager for Networks Unlimited. “This partnership for us to add to what Horsefly Brewing already contributes to the community is a great opportunity to help spread the mission of Colorado West Land Trust.”

Julie Barger, manager of the Colorado West Land Trust office in Montrose, said she was excited to partner with Networks Unlimited and Horsefly Brewing. “We appreciate these two businesses and their support for the conservation of the magnificent landscapes that make Western Colorado a wonderful place to live.”
