Born and raised in Mexico, Garcia has worked in the United States for more than 10 years in the multicultural marketing field with such brands as Budweiser, ESPN, Deportes and Mars Chocolate.
He went on to develop a smartphone app for movie theater patrons that translates movie soundtracks into alternate languages and synchronizes that track with movies on screen.
Garcia is a winner of the Arch Grants startup global competition as well as the emerging business of the year award presented by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
