The newly appointed director of the Colorado District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration will present an overview of the agency and its resources as part of an upcoming event in Grand Junction.
Frances Padilla is scheduled to speak at a luncheon meeting hosted by the Western Colorado Latino Chamber of Commerce.

Padilla will discuss SBA programs, resources and opportunities available to small businesses and entrepreneurs, including financing, training and contracting.
Founded in 2013, the Western Colorado Latino Chamber of Commerce offers a range of services to its members, including monthly training and networking events. The chamber also offers assistance in marketing to the Latino population.
