Tom LaCroix has retired from LaCroix & Hand, the Grand Junction law firm he founded 44 years ago.
“It is always hard to move on from something that you have built and watched grow and flourish so long. Though I am starting a new chapter today, I take comfort in the fact this practice will be in the experienced hands of the two best people and attorneys I know,” LaCroix said.
Amy Hand and her husband, Mark Hand, will continue the practice from the same location at 725 Rood Ave.
LaCroix received his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1974 and worked in the oil and natural gas industry before founding his firm in 1977.
He served on many local boards, including those overseeing Community Hospital and the Grand Junction Regional Airport.
LaCroix & Hand offers legal services in a variety of practice areas, including family law, criminal defense, and wills and estate planning. For additional information, call 245-4601 or visit the website located at www.lacroixhandpc.com.
