Listing sought for agricultural directory

Listings will be accepted through Feb. 28 for the upcoming edition of the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory.

“The Colorado Farm Fresh Directory is a great way for agricultural producers to market their products. Coloradans and tourists alike look forward to this publication every year,” said Wendy White, a marketing specialist with the Colorado Department of Agriculture.

Published by the Colorado Department of Agriculture for more than three decades to connect producers with consumers, the annual directory offers listings of everything from agritourism activities and community supported agriculture producers to farmers’ markets and roadside stands. Farms and ranches that sell their products directly to the public also are listed.

Work is now under way on the 2015 edition of the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory.

More than 100,000 copies of the publication will be distributed in June through chambers of commerce, extension offices, farmers’ markets, welcome centers and a variety of other locations across the state.

The directory also is available online at the Web site at www.coloradoagriculture.com and as a mobile application for smart phones.

Listings in the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory are available for $25.
