Listings will be accepted through Feb. 28 for an annual publication promoting farmers’ markets, roadside stands and other agricultural operations in Colorado.
The Colorado Department of Agriculture expects to distribute more than 100,000 copies of the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory in June. The directory will be distributed through chambers of commerce, extension offices, farmers’ markets, libraries and welcome centers. The directory also will be available as a mobile application for smartphones and online at the website located at www.coloradoagriculture.com.
“Farm Fresh continues to be a popular publication,” said Wendy White, marketing specialist at the Colorado Department of Agriculture. “With the increased interest in buying local foods, this publication is a great resource to connect consumers with Colorado producers.”
A listing fee of $25 is charged. For more information or to request a listing form, contact Loretta Lopez at (303) 869-9175 or visit the website at www.coloradoagriculture.com.
