Listings will be accepted through Feb. 15 for an annual publication promoting farmers’ markets, roadside stands and other agricultural operations in Colorado.
The Colorado Department of Agriculture expects to distribute more than 100,000 copies of the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory in June.
“We are celebrating the 35th anniversary of this popular publication this year,” said Wendy White, marketing specialist at the Colorado Department of Agriculture. “We hope to make it the biggest and best edition ever.”
The Colorado Farm Fresh Directory offers information about a range of agricultural enterprises that offer products and services to the public, including agritourism activities, community supported agriculture outlets and wineries.
The directory will be distributed through chambers of commerce, extension offices, farmers’ markets, libraries and welcome centers. The directory also will be available as a mobile application for smartphones and online at the website located at www.coloradoagriculture.com.
A listing fee of $25 is charged. For more information or to request a listing form, contact Loretta Lopez at (303) 869-9175 or visit www.coloradoagriculture.com.
