The Mesa County Workforce Center has scheduled its Jump Start Job Fair for March 21.
The annual event is set for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the center, 512 29 1/2 Road in Grand Junction. The first 30 minutes of the fair will be open only to military veterans.
A total of more than 30 employers from a variety of industry sectors will participate in the fair, said Celina Kirnberger, business services manager at the center. All of the employers will interview applicants for open positions, she said.
“The workforce center has listened to the needs of the business community, and we expect the event to be highly successful, just as it has always been in previous years,” Kirnberger said.
