Mind Springs Health names new chief financial officer

Gregg Dixon has joined Mind Springs Health as chief financial officer of the Western Colorado mental health and addiction treatment provider.

Dixon will oversee the finance and accounting teams at Mind Springs Health while also ensuring the fiscal health and compliance of the organization.

Dixon brings to his new duties more than 25 years of financial and executive experience, most recently as CFO and executive vice president at Alivia Care in Jacksonville, Fla. Before that, he was CFO and senior vice president of finance at Community CarePartners, a division of Hospital Corporation of America. A certified public accountant, Dixon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University.

“Gregg’s well-established financial career in health care and executive leadership experience will allow him to quickly step in and mentor and lead our finance team,” said John Sheehan, chief executive officer of Mind Springs Health. “With his transparent approach and financial acumen, Gregg will bring a new vision to the department and align the organization’s fiscal operations and strategy.”
