Randy Jones has joined the Wine Country Inn as executive chef. Jones oversees food service at Caroline’s and the Tapestry Lounge as well as catering for banquets and other events at the Palisade hotel.
Jones brings to his new duties 15 years of experience in fine dining establishments in Denver and Snowmass as well as in Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C. He trained at the Le Cordon Bleu location in Pittsburgh.
“We are very pleased to have Randy on board,” said Joe Scanlon, general manager of the Wine Country Inn. “In the short time he has been on the job, his experience is reflected in efficiencies and improvements to our food operations.”
