Blake Dowen has been promoted to manager of Pablo’s Pizza in Fruita.

Dowen has worked four years at the restaurant launched five years ago by Ted and Merrilee Okey. The operation, located at 456 Kokopelli Blvd. No. C, employs a staff of 17. A Pablo’s Pizza franchise also is located in Grand Junction and a new location is scheduled to soon open in Fort Collins.
